Welcome to my website!  I’m Johnetta Miner, the Lifestyle Wellness Coach.  Please take a moment to have a look around, read a post or two, and let me know how I can be of service.

Just who am I?

Oh, the dimensions of a woman’s life!

I consider myself a woman of many hats: health and wellness consultant, speaker, nurse, entrepreneur, mother, author, foodie, former long-distance runner, cyclist, and educator.  As CEO and President of Lifestyle Wellness Enterprise, PLLC and JEMiner Consultants, I advocate preventative health and well care in an integrative manner, combining both traditional and western medicines.

My passion is for championing the health, wellness, and vitality of mature women and building long-lasting relationships with my clients to help them achieve their wellness and life goals.  I believe my work is bolstered by my years of experience as a registered nurse, women’s health nurse practitioner, and public health consultant.

I make my home in wonderful New York, where I facilitate a monthly gathering for women to support one another, to share live experiences, network, and to learn new health information.  I am also the founder and editor of the newsletter, Women’s Wellness Report, and was honored to previously be spotlighted in the New York Healing Practitioners Network’s Healing Journal Newsletter.

I can be consulted for wellness and life coaching, corporate wellness presentations, and speaking engagements regarding health, wellness and lifestyle choices. I also present workshops on aromatherapy and healing touch Jin shin Jyutsu self care.
